Additional profile IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
The PYP focuses on six transdisciplinary themes that are integrated into the curriculum across subjects and serve as a context for learning. These themes are:
- Who we are
- Where we are in place and time
- How we express ourselves
- How the world works
- How we organize ourselves
- Sharing the Planet
We are proud to offer the prestigious International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) as an additional profile at our school. The PYP is an innovative educational program that aims to prepare students for a lifelong learning journey.
Our PYP supplementary profile focuses on holistic development. We place great emphasis on promoting not only the academic knowledge of our students, but also their social, emotional and physical development.
Through our teaching methods, which emphasize personal exploration, critical thinking and interdisciplinary learning, we create a stimulating learning environment in which students can develop their curiosity and skills.
The PYP program is internationally oriented and promotes the development of intercultural competence and global perspectives. By integrating transdisciplinary themes into our curriculum, we enable students to better understand the world around them and develop as engaged, reflective and informed global citizens.
Individual offers with the MODERN MUSIC SCHOOL
Music lessons can be offered and realized in the afternoon for a fee by arrangement. Our partner is the Modern Music School.
Tution fees
The monthly expenses are made up as follows:
- School fees,
- Voluntary HPC profile contribution,
- Individual childcare costs such as homework supervision, AG offers and tutoring.

Our school has been awarded the KLARO seal!
The seal is a recognition of the extensive and committed implementation of the prevention program Klasse2000 and proves that the joy of a healthy and active lifestyle has a high priority in our everyday school life.
Team
Our dedicated teachers and specialists make our school come alive. They support and encourage pupils with appreciation and create a safe, motivating environment.
We value a positive learning atmosphere, a growth-oriented error culture and flat hierarchies. Our aim is to support students in their development and to help them realize their potential.
Our multi-professional team is made up of teachers as well as FSJ students and educators in recognition internships, thus ensuring familiar contact persons in afternoon care.
